When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, phone number, and information about your project such as property type, budget range, timeline and your message. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and hold an initial conversation, and — if we work together — to deliver our services. We may also use it to keep basic records of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Legal basis
We process inquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and growing our studio. Where a different legal basis is required by your local law, we rely on that basis.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. If we begin working together, project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law.

Your information is handled by the RealSpaces team and the service providers that operate our website and email systems, strictly to run our business. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we treat your details with the same care we expect for our own.
